The Mini Huddle is more than a webinar—it’s a pause that gives something back.
In just 60 minutes, you’ll experience what it feels like to check in with yourself, connect with others who understand, and walk away with small shifts you can actually use.
Because when you care for everyone else, one grounded hour for you can mean real change afterwards.
Noticing how you’re really doing, without judgment
Recognize beliefs and language that help and hinder you
Action
Small, simple steps that help you feel more steady, more satisfied, and more like yourself
This session is for you if:
You work in healthcare (any role, any setting)
You feel tired, overwhelmed, or just a little disconnected from your “why”
You’re looking for a new way to care for yourself and feel supported by others who get it
You’re curious about The Healthcare Huddle and want to see what it’s all about
A warm, welcoming space—no pressure to share or perform
A mix of reflection, breath work, and simple tools you can carry into your week
A reminder that you’re not alone—and you don’t have to hold it all by yourself
A step toward feeling more clear, calm, and connected
You don’t need to prep, plan, or push through.
Just bring yourself—and we’ll take care of the rest.
Gwen Merrick (Reg. CASLPO, RP) is a speech-language pathologist, psychotherapist and breath work instructor with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She created The Healthcare Huddle because she lives the pressures of the system herself—and realizing we don’t have to wait for it to change to start feeling better.
Her approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that small shifts in how we relate to ourselves and each other can create big changes in how we feel, live, and lead.
This session is designed to feel supportive, spacious, and real.
If you’ve been craving a pause, and a place to feel seen and heard, we’d love to have you.
